UEMSPA Reservation / Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide you and every guest with a high-quality and professional experience in a timely manner. To ensure consistent and dependable services for all, kindly familiarize yourself with the following booking and appointment policies.
TO PREVENT ANY INCONVENIENCE, PLEASE EXAMINE THE RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES BEFORE SUBMITTING A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
To secure a time slot, a $50 Refundable Deposit is necessary. If there is a CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, or RESCHEDULING, the deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $100 NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE will be applied. NO EXCEPTIONS.
LATE ARRIVALS
We acknowledge that unforeseen delays can happen. Nevertheless, it is essential to minimize disruptions to subsequent appointments and maintain the punctuality of our services. Consequently, clients arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled time will forfeit the promotional value provided by Groupon and will be required to reschedule, incurring an additional $100 Non-Refundable Service Fee.
GROUPON VOUCHER VS A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
As a client, you can choose to secure a reservation without a refundable deposit by providing your Groupon Voucher. However, in the event of a No Show, Cancellation, Delay, or Rescheduling, your Voucher will be redeemed, resulting in the loss of all promotional value associated with the deal.
