Acutonics is a form of sound healing therapy that utilizes the principles of East Asian medicine, musical harmonics, and sound waves to promote health and well-being. Acutonics utilizes precision-calibrated tuning forks, chimes, and singing bowls to apply vibrations to specific acupuncture points, trigger points, and points of pain on the body.
During an Acutonics session, our therapist Cody Foor will use the tuning forks and other sound tools to create vibrations that are applied to the body, often focusing on specific acupressure points. The sound waves travel deeply into the body, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and restoring balance to the body’s energy systems. Those vibrations help to clear energy blockages, stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities, and bring the body and mind into a state of harmony and equilibrium.
Acutonics is often used in conjunction with other healing modalities such as acupuncture, massage therapy, and energy work. Acutonics is a non-invasive and gentle therapy that can be used to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.
